Lighting options
 

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for ceiling lighting (we have a drop-tile ceiling, or wall-mount lighting, that would plug into a 15-amp outlet. There is one in the ceiling we would rather use than run wiring to the circuit panel. I've looked through lowes and home depot, but didn't come across anything.

the lights in my living room are on their last legs, probably about 20 years old so they have had a good innings. so i'm on the market for some new lights, nothing too fancy but i'd like ones that last, so CFL i think. last time i bought a CFL lamp it was crap, flickered like mad on startup and it was a horrible bright white light. is there somebody that makes a flicker free warm white CFL lamp & light setup?
