lights are pulsing

my outside lights are freaking out! They stay on when the switch is in the on or off position, and the lights are pulsing like they have a hart beat! AND I CANT SHUT THEM OFF!!!!!!! EEEaakkkk!!! No, really, any ideas what could have happend?

Well

Sounds like the switch went bad or something is touching something else in the box. Either way, Get the breaker or fuse turned off immediately. Change the switch, or call an electrician.
