max wires/box
Is there any way to use a square junction box for a light in ceiling since it holds more wiring than the octagon one.maybe a piece that adapts it?
I have more wiring than what the current box, octagon, is allowed.2 14/3 ,2 14/2 and 1 12/2 are what I have now an light needs to go there.
Any info is appreciated

A 4-in. junction box should solve your box-fill problem. Throw on a single round light exterior plaster ring so that it is flush with the ceiling. Now you have a box large enough (I think) to accommodate your wire load.

Sure ... Here is a source (Grainger) and the pics are included on the site. Remember the bottom of the box must be enclosed on both sides of the ring ... you don't leave the box open so the wires could contact the drywall.
