Default Out of ground/neutral connections in CB box

I seem to be out of ground connections in my CB box but have a few slots open for a CB. Can I just add a second ground buss and connect it to the first? Can it do both grounds and neutral? DoI need to secure it or can I just connect it so it stays near the side of the box?
