Track Lighting

I bought some quantus track lighting. Opened the package and looked at the main base where the power comes in. The rating on it says 20A, 120v, 60HZ. Does this mean I can only wire this up to a 20 amp circuit breaker? The track lighting includes only 5 35 watt bulbs and by my calculation that in nowhere near 20 amps. It comes to be like .2916666. Any help would be appreciated.

This fixture will work just fine on an ordinary 15amp circuit.

The rating "20A" mean the power can not suffer more than 20 amps .right ?
