1909 Beach Mutt
- Everything! The original part of the house, most likely a beach/summer bungalow, is from 1909. The rest of the house including an addition to the general footprint, a second floor, and a full height attic, is probably from the '30s or '40s. It has been a rental for over 10 years so paint/spackle-over was the solution to almost every problem.
