In the process of finishing our kitchen reno which involved gutting our 70s kitchen. Moved plumbing and major electrical and changed the entire layout.
Also involved in a smaller-scale bathroom ren.
Next project is building a porch to replace the deteriorating concrete steps at the front of our house. - Toronto

Do the "weeping tiles", what ever they are lead to a sump/sump pump or drain to daylight? I
assume these tiles are exterior and at the level of the bottom of the footing.You can check the
