I have one of the basic Kreg pocket-hole jigs. I love this thing. Try a few test joints and I
think you'll agree. Can be used on anything from 2x's lumber (basic projects) to face frames

If the lawn looks real good - I would do neither. I've done core aeration and over-seeding in

Assuming no damage inside the wall and only the smell being the issue, I would suggest
Concrobium (sp?). I bought a spray bottle at Home Depot and it works great. Of course you need
