It's not good stuff that cellulose because it is organic there fore it will be/ or get mouldy.
Once it is damp, it will become compressed too, losing the insulation value. So overall would
avoid that ...

Quick fix of 10 mil poly sheet around the window and vent taped with construction tape.

The problem is the snow and sometime big ice slides off the roof and can land right in front of
the vents blocking them happen one time but it kept running. The intake vent is the only one

Definitely take out he old pine flooring. I would say always take out old flooring never cover
things up! Pine can rot easily, you can end up with a disaster of mold under your nice new
