It is like 95% dry rot and 5% worse rot. It was only wet because i sprayed it with water

It's 10" of 1948 fire wood and lime concrete. I've already build an internal frame.I think the

Osb is better for walking on , ruf side up.I was reading you should leave it outside for a
month to gas off before installing osb or you will get toxic chemicals. Gotta feel sorry for
those HD workers...
