So I got on the roof and checked out the flue. First thing I noticed is that the cap is for a 4
inch pipe and the pipe I have is 3 inch. So the cap was actually blocking the flow of air. As a

It's a gas water heater, and it's about 3 1/2 years old. No pipes where I see moistures. Its

Do I have to clean the walls before painting? Just bough a house and the walls have dust that
