If you do this plan on having to have to do some sheetrock repairs. It may cause the rafters to
sag and pop some screws or nails.Far better to install it between the rafters with a much

I assume most floors are level, on a one line system , the pipe is large enough so the steam
can enter on the top of the pipe and return water can flow back at the bottom of the pipe. On

So why are the steam radiator's leaking steam. they are not suppose to.Is your air bleeders
leaking? If so change them. Steam heat should not make any more moisture then hot water or hot

what to do? I try to keep the window open - nevermind the cold - but when it's dump outside,

Check with your local code office they can tell you how high the fence can be and more
importantly how far from you poperty line it has to be.Not a good plan to ever put any fence

If you do not keep it back away from the ditch at least 2' the first time a stong wind comes
along it will tip over. So there you go, that means I have to give away even more land :/ What

Hello,The border of my property runs along a drainage ditch. So if I want to put up a fence I
have 2 choices: 1. put it right before the slope, loosing that slice of the land (to my awful
neighbour)2....
