Is this worth doing to turn it down to WARM while at work? Then come home and turn it up? Or

10 feet from the chimney or 10 inches? If it is 10' away, should I then put up two vents,
equally spaced from the chimney, near the edge of the roof? Or does that matter if I only put
up one near one ...
