if you are able to excavate the exterior down to the footing...you can spray on the wall a
polymer-modified-asphalt...somebody in your area will do this...and make sure the water is
running away from ...

between the concrete floor and the walls...use a 1/2" thick bituminous expansion joint
material...cheap stuff [a wood board will rot out an can be a termite issue]...if the equipment

get an idea of how much money it will take to do what you want....add that to the cost of the
home then check with some local appraisers and ask them for a cheap verbal appraisal if they
will do it .....
