  if you are able to excavate the exterior down to the footing...you can spray on the wall a
  polymer-modified-asphalt...somebody in your area will do this...and make sure the water is
  running away from ...

  get an idea of how much money it will take to do what you want....add that to the cost of the
  home then check with some local appraisers and ask them for a cheap verbal appraisal if they
  will do it .....

  you may be able to find a light weight cultured stone that may match the fireplace but i don't

  i seriously doubt if you have any kind of major problem...it is the nature of concrete to
  crack...that is the only guarantee i can give on a home is that your concrete will crack....we
  try to control ...
