    I didn't read the whole instruction sheet, but it looks like you need a scraper: one looks
    like a thick glossy finish which looks pretty attractive. Does the surface needs to be scraped

    thanks nealtw. i was wondering if re-doing that is safe actually. Might have to get another
    whole kit as they dont sell it separately. but if it smoothes out it is worth the price.
