I haven't called Zinsser yet. Maybe I should do that.I really don't want to deal with hanging
new drywall, so hopefully I can come up with some other alternative.

Bit of a long story, I'll try to make it as short as possible. I moved into my house 3 years
ago. The previous owner had re-painted the bathroom ceiling with who-knows-what. No idea what
