If you touch the television do you get a shock as well; or is it only when you touch the DVD

-Lower the set point on the t'stat so the unit will call for cooling.-Measure the voltage on
the coil of the contactor to be sure you are getting 24VAC.-Then puch the contactor and release

GWSIt may also be a good idea to verify the VA or load voltage rating on the transformer. If it

I believe those are the control wires. Just to be sure, engerize your system and check them
with a volt meter. This will tell you if they are the control wires and which is hot and which

Is your thermostat and mechanical or electronic thermostat?If it is electroninc it requires a
ground or neutral.If you replaced both the heater and the stat I'm thinking that the problem is

Did you check the contactor. The only way the fan will run is if the contactor is energized.
Something has to be keeping the contactor engaged. I would check the contactor to see if it is
