  I believe it is a squirrel cage, I've included a picture (I hope). If the problem is balancing
  weights is there a method to determine where the weights should go?See my Gallery for the
  picture.

  My furnace makes a vibrating noise when the vent motor starts and it continues until the blower
  motor starts to run. It may still be there after the blower starts but the sound of the blower
  covers it...
