I guess you have no choice but to buy a portable A/C as your out of budget to replace the
window. Just make sure to choose durable and standard A/C, also on the brighter side you can

Hello, suggest you check your breakers going to the A/C unit inside at your main breaker box
and out side at the A/C. Flip the breakers to off and then back to on. Give us more info!Good
