As you can see some of the stucco has water behind it or in it. Whether thats a leak or water
wicking up in the foundation, you will be better off to leave it open to dryThanks again

When it rains, the water from the roof on the second level of the house concentrates and drips

By the way, does anyone know what kind of sealant it is on the side of the vent?It feels a bit

Hi everyoneIt would appear that the bottom part of an outside vent was not caulked…I have the
same thing happen with a light mounted on the siding.Just wondering what kind of sealant suits
