  thanks everyone.. it looks like we need to move towards brand name stuff for sure. No one seems
  to want to skimp on tools.

  thanks travelover.. we thought of this too, but it is hard to compete price wise with them. If

  Thanks ToolGuy.. that defiantly helps.. We were trying in the beginning to target generic tools
  due to the dramatically lower cost. I thought it might be because we didnt have a good
  selection of tool...
