There's a product called Zap that's really great for this! You spray it on, let it sit a few
minutes then scrub a little, rinse it off. It's kinda pricey, but well worth it.

Up in northern Minnesota, you can often find land for about 1k an acre. Sometimes less. Don't
buy it in the winter though-you never know how much of it is swampland!
