We have moss like you would not believe in the Northwest. Zinc strips work OK. Zinc Sulphate
powder (moss-b-ware, moss out) works also. Generally the best idea is to kill it with zinc
powder or a weak...

You can have zinc strips installed at the top of the roof, it will keep the streaks off for
good. zinc strips is one option but copper strips works wonders

The roof looks really shallow, could be a capillary reaction, the water could be travelling
back up into the roof.. just a hunch.
