If you love the brick floors I would play off of them. Maybe something as simple as installing

That would be an easy job. I could have that wall down and new sheetrock, electrical in a day.

You can get a fan system that is based on a timer and will take the air from the bathroom out 3

I would change the brick out for something slate. Something that gives it an updated look but
still retains heat. If you can afford granite I would use that instead. I actually dont mind
