  Do you have your system serviced and coils cleaned 1-2 times a year ????if so and you keep your
  filters changed...then at 15 years old i would change the system.....if not then have the
  system service...

  3 times a year..wow with a leak that size a real tech should be able to see it from his
  van..LOL Ok maybe not but it is a sizeable leak and should be able to be found & possibly
  repaired,,,depends on ...

  90% furnace just humming it sounds like the induce draft fan motor is not comming on.... it has
  to start befor the ignition process starts...Good luck
