Thanks for the info.It is all copper and meter is outside home .There are shark fittings at
regulator (not sure yet if that is a factor since its got plastic inside).I will check w meter.

I have a GEC ground going to the copper pipe at entrance of home (4ft from where pipe enters)
and then AFTER the ground on the same pipe is a pressure regulator then it goes to water

Hi thanks for the info.I went ahead and bonded the box in both areas(neutral bar screw and
jumper) and secured the aluminum to copper pipe connection for grounding(with anti corrosion on
