I want to build a cinder block porch about 5' x 13' and i want to put a stone veneer or brick don,t know yet. I'm in the Detroit area. What size footing and how deep should i go and should i fill the inside with fill or leave it hollow or should i forget about cinder block and go with a wood deck type porch ?
