I hate to be the bearer of bad news but easy is not always the best way. If water is coming up
from under the floor, nothing you are going to cover the floor with will solve the issue.

You should also try to keep in mind that if the ground is that saturated it is rising through
the cracks in the floor slab, it most likely will continue to rise around the perimeter of the

The best cleaner for tough grime on stainless is WD-40. Make sure you open a window and use
your stainless polish after to eliminate the odor.
