  • Second layer of T111 plywood rotted out because deck was built level and tight to the wall, plus it was sloop toward the wall. It also rotted out the bottom plates and subflooring.

  • Underside of house showing the bottom of a slidding door with all the subflooring rotted away. Home owner had new carpet layed and padding to stop someone from falling through the floor instead of just fixing the floor

  • Deck was built with out at least a 4" step so water took out the whole door way.
