My bathroom has Vinyl flooring over particle board laid on top of cedar subflooring. The partical board has gotten wet, swelled and we now have a mold problem. We have removed all of the flooring and particle board from everywhere except under the tub. (fiber glass all-in-one unit) Do you think I should remove the tub to ensure that the water didn't also cause mold under it? I'm trying to do this myself for minimal money and if I don't have to buy a new tub unit all the better. Would I likely break the tub getting it out?

You may be better off going in from a different direction to get to the underside of the tub. Maybe a small patch on a wall from another room?

Bleach will kill that mold and you should be able to reach all under from the end walls. Shop vac and a scraper after the bleach.
