1896 Peoria Prize

This house was ruined inside by water leaks, mold, neglect, cheap updates years ago, and standing empty for a couple of years. The city had to get a brush hog in to cut the yard right before it went up on foreclosure.
I love old 2 story houses and wanted a project; boy do I know how to find one that will last! I am keeping a journal on the experience and there is one thing after another. It's beginning to feel like all we will ever do is tear down! It's been a roller coaster ride so far with a million miles of track to go but there have been some good experiences, like talking to people who lived here in the past.
