1916 on Elm Street

This house was built in 1916 and is 1,470 sq ft. The roof and siding were new 10 years ago and the front door and windows were all replaced (except the kitchen windows) in the last few years. Everything else in the house is entirely original. The 100 year old floors, light fixtures (gorgeous), and unfortnately the electrical, plumbing, and plaster walls. We will be living in the home as we do a complete renovation.
