I agree with kok3258 get at least a few bids because every area is different based upon cost of living and state laws etc. Getting a few quotes will help you determine what is normal for your area.

I agree side by side there is not much difference. Personally I prefer Amana air conditioning systems but having a good contractor is probably the most important choice as compared to the brand of AC

Stained Toilet
I have used Muriatic Acid also known as Hydrochloric Acid. WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!! You can find it at just about any pool supply store. Just make sure you use gloves, mask and goggles.

I love having tile throughout my entire house but when I had it tiled, I chose a darker grout. I now wish I wouldn't have done this because we have hard water and I assume that it is what is making...
