So . . . the porch is finally done! I mixed some green oil paint (from art store) with the red floor paint to make the color darker. That kind of worked, it looks pretty good.

I'll give the xylene a go over the weekend. I think there are only 2 layers
of latex on there, so that shouldn't be too bad (I hope).
