get an idea of how much money it will take to do...
get an idea of how much money it will take to do what you want....add that to the cost of the home then check with some local appraisers and ask them for a cheap verbal appraisal if they will do it...

i seriously doubt if you have any kind of major...
i seriously doubt if you have any kind of major problem...it is the nature of concrete to crack...that is the only guarantee i can give on a home is that your concrete will crack....we try to control...
