you are going to spend a lot of money to redo the brick and cement - here is an idea - remove the porch and replace it with a deck using treated wood and trex for the top - or if you wanted to go...

you will need to measure the size of the jamb - go to lowes or depot - they have door jamb kits in the millwork section - if this is a newer door - you should have no problem - just remove the trim...
