Are tankless water heaters JUNK?????
I had a plumber ( a highly respected one) tell me that he thought tankless waters are junk. No real explanation, just.... JUNK.
I would be open to anyones opinion on this.
Does anyone own one...

Can I turn my furnace???
I currently have a furnace that is accessed by opening a bifold door in my kitchen area. When the bifold doors are open you can see the front of the furnace.... I would like to close up that wall...
