Corner of outside foundation broke apart

There is a nice chunk of my outside foundation wall where the rear & side of house meet has broken off. I also get a pretty decent draft in that corner when I'm in the basement.

Any ideas how...

I have a check valve rite by actual sump pumps. However it is still flowing from main line down towards pump and / or sitting mid way ....

Adding a few 45s could work also ..... Can check valves...

My bathroom is roughly 9x5 and every time we shower the walls always tend to have a lot of moisture on the walls very quickly. I do have exhaust fan which is the biggest ive seen allowed...
