I've got an exterior block and stucco wall that joins a 2x6 cedar wood frame wall. There is a gap of 1/8" to 3/4" between the two and I'm looking for the best method to fill the gap....

I have a patio that's a slab on grade the had 4x8x16 block cemented on edge and used as the sill for screening. Most of the blocks are loose and I'm going to remove them to the slab.
