Without connecting thermostat or supply wires..how can I just check the heater if its working... ...is there any way we can check using ohmmeter ...(resistance)...

Thanks..am planning low slope metal roof which will be 12 feet long so I can have 2 feet over hang on each side of 8 feet of width of shed...
the length of shed is 15 feet...so total 15x8 = 120...

Please tell us nails we should use on wall frame as well as on roll roofing.
