wetness in wall under deck

Hi everyone

This picture is taken under the deck. (The bolt is where the deck is secured to the house.)

There is a gap between the siding (on the left) and the aluminium sheet (on the right.)

That's just rain water. the picture was taken not too long after some rain.

When it dries up, should I seal the gap? It looks like a pretty big gap with the stucco starting...

water come in from bottom of patio door

Hi

I noticed some wetness at the bottom of the patio door, inside of the house.

I guess it's because the bottom of the patio door is not sealed well enough...

Not sure what I can do to stop...

By the way, does anyone know what kind of sealant it is on the side of the vent?

It feels a bit spongy to the touch. It doesn’t feel like the normal caulk at all…

Sealing outside vents and lights

Hi everyone

It would appear that the bottom part of an outside vent was not caulked…

I have the same thing happen with a light mounted on the siding.

Just wondering what kind of sealant...

Hi everyone

I see wasps crawling out of the bathroom vent on the upper floor of my home, so I think there is a nest somewhere in the vent.

I don't know if a wasp spray is safe to be used inside...
