I noticed some wetness at the bottom of the patio door, inside of the house.
I guess it's because the bottom of the patio door is not sealed well enough...

By the way, does anyone know what kind of sealant it is on the side of the vent?
It feels a bit spongy to the touch. It doesn’t feel like the normal caulk at all…

It would appear that the bottom part of an outside vent was not caulked…
I have the same thing happen with a light mounted on the siding.
