leveling toilet on pebbled floor

Any tips? Just underwent a bathroom redo extended the riverstone/pebble flooring from shower into rest of small bathroom. Problem now is finding a way to level older toilet over the stones any ideas...

well since hubby uses shower the most his vote...

well since hubby uses shower the most his vote was I really didn't want tile on the ceiling any way...I guess it will be greenboard and paint:(
