I agree that the backsplash and cutouts may seem trivial and if that was our only concern, we'd let it slide, although we were planning on using the cut-out material. Were not trying to be petty, but...

The installer has “not” been paid, which is working in our favor. Were waiting on a written proposal from them on how they will fix the problems and the alternative credit offer from the retailer....

I left out the names of the companies were dealing with, but I can say they are two of the biggest companies doing this type of work in the Northwest and we are return customers. Were very surprises...
