Milwaukee has always been a contractors tool that will hold up to rough treatment. If this is for ocassional use go with the Dewalt, but if you are working with this tool daily get the Milwaukee.

I take my measuring tape everytime I go to buy wood. Sometimes the wood is in the wrong stack and after I find a straight piece it is the wrong length.

WD-40 Stands for Water Displacing 40. And is a decent rust preventative. Houghton Intl developed the first RPs in th e 1860's and still makes the industry standard for long term protection.

Removal

I get calls from flooring and boiler people when they run into asbestos floor tiles and pipe insulation. They leave until I do the abatement and give them clearance.
