Using a pole barn for a roof?

I'm planning on building a little cabin-style home and I'm in the R&D/Planning phase now.

The cabin would be 20x20x10. The ceiling would be 6" thick and filled with spray foam, with 1/2" plywood...

I tried lowes, home depot and google. Found some places in europe that sell them online but shipping to me would be killer. I'll try a roofing place like you suggested.

I have a project I'm working on that will require a large # of 1 inch circular soffit vents - but none of my local hardware stores carry them.
