Hey everyone I need some help with an idea of what to do with the top deck of my walkout deck. I have approximately 600sq feet of deck and it has some sort of epoxy/rubber coating on it. It appears to have a grey membrane then they broad cast some white and blue flakes (they resemble broken egg shells) and in some spots an epoxy like topping. It is extremely ugly and very uneven. I was hoping I could maybe drum sand or grind it off any suggestions? I am not sure if I can attach photos as I am new to the site but I will try.
