I Have just moved in to a new house and the pressure on the shower is terrible yet the pressure in the rest of the house is fine is the anything I can do about it?

remove the shower head and check for blockage. I had the same problem and decided to drill out the hole in the shower head for greater flow.

"water savers" are almost always included in the shower pipe. Often they are a white piece of plastic with a small hole and often in the middle of a rubber washer. If this is the case, you can drill the hole larger without touching the rubber washer. It has made a significant difference for me in several showers.
