Have the dog reconnect the wires or ask him, he disconnected them. Sorry, couldn't resist.
Is this a heat pump unit?
If not, chances are that only two of those wires are being used. You will have to check inside the air handler to see which two are being used and then reconnect those two to the contactor/relay coil. Is there any sign as to which two may have been used one the compressor end? Maybe the wires werer ripped out and the location and color is still there.
