Not sure of the model number. There is a sticker with several numbers on it but they aren't identified.

Anyway, there is no power at the control panel. No lights are on and none of the buttons work. The start button doesn't work either and the unit won't turn on. The unit is only 5 years old with light use during that time.
The circuit breaker is good and I verified there is poiwer to the outlet. Where do I start troubleshooting this thing?
