I recently installed a SWANN 4 camera 1080P analog video security camera system. The DVR is in the garage. It only has a LAN and 2 USB ports.
Is there a way to connect to my network and internet for remote viewing. with a wireless router. I have a D-link DIR615 router in my office.
Can I use 2nd router to link safely to the main router?

Otherwise I have to string a Ethernet cable from garage to my office and some how get it down in the wall. Don't really want to make a hole in the ceiling with a wire running down the wall

They make wireless camera. Why not use those and put the base unit in the house.

Use either a wireless usb adapter or use this plugkink and use your existing wiring.

Damn it!! Just about ready to submit post and every thing goes wacky and I have to start over.

Thanks for the help. That is exactly what I needed.
I am getting solar installed on my house.
I was chatting with the lead man.
He went out to his truck.
He gave me a pair of TP-LINK power line adapters.
similar to the one you suggested. 200Mbps data rate.

Problem solved.
There might be better quality one out there but I have them installed and seems to work okay. Recording playback is a little slow.
maybe due to the 200Mbps data rate. could be a little better maybe
